Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive product positioning, market research, customer insights, pricing, product adoption, and end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Product Marketing / Brand Management, preferably within FinTech, Payments, D2C, or Automotive industries, with the ability to work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Finance, and Business Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and identify unmet customer needs and market opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and identify differentiators for Innoviti products.
- Identify customer-valued product attributes and translate insights into product roadmap recommendations.
- Define and refine product positioning and value proposition.
- Establish product metrics and targets covering revenue, market share, margins, and adoption.
- Identify different customer and internal user personas and develop user journeys/user stories.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to provide market and customer feedback.
- Own product pricing and packaging strategy in coordination with Finance.
- Identify and remove barriers to product adoption, including awareness, training, regulatory, legal, and usage challenges.
- Develop and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for customer awareness, consideration, acquisition, and conversion.
- Plan and execute association events, seminars, field activities, ATL/BTL campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop content guidelines and customer communication strategies across the purchase journey.
- Track and present ROI of planned versus executed GTM initiatives to management.




- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase product usage and adoption.
- Monitor promotion budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Develop and deliver product training and sales enablement programs for field and inside sales teams.
- Define customer acquisition and product usage targets for sales teams.
- Work with MIS teams to track sales performance, adoption, and incentive plans.
- Monitor customer issues and feedback and coordinate with business operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously track market, customer, and competitive trends to refine product strategy and roadmap.
- Travel regularly, approximately 6–15 days per month, for customer meetings and to work closely with sales teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8–10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Marketing Management, or Brand Management.
- Experience in FinTech / Payments, D2C, or Automotive industries preferred.
- Field Sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Product Marketing, Product Positioning, GTM Strategy, Market Research, Customer Insights, Pricing & Packaging, and Product Adoption.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA from a reputed university preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required by the role.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
