We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities in a hotel environment. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting, billing, cash handling, reconciliation, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Handle hotel billing, cash transactions, and daily revenue records.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and financial documents.
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Maintain records of hotel expenses, purchases, and supplier payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify bills and financial documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly accounting reports.
- Support month-end closing and audit-related activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in Hotel & Textile Industry accounts is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Experience in cash handling, billing, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in hotel billing, daily revenue reconciliation, cash handling, and hospitality accounting operations will be preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
