Description

Principal Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for procurement of OPEX, MRO, Engineering, and Capital items, ensuring timely availability of materials to support business operations.

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including receipt and review of Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and resolve procurement-related queries in coordination with user departments.

- Float enquiries to approved and prospective vendors, obtain competitive quotations, and prepare comprehensivetechno-commercial comparison statements.

- Identify, develop, and onboard recent vendors, and conduct vendor due diligence.

- Conducting techno-commercial negotiation which ensures high quality sourcing aligned with SOPs and organizational standards.

- Issue Purchase Orders (POs), monitor order execution, and ensure timely delivery of materials in line with business requirements.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives through strategic sourcing, competitive bidding, value engineering, and effective supplier negotiations.

- Maintain complete procurement documentation and records in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, including User Departments, Finance, Stores, Quality, and Engineering teams, to ensure seamless procurement operations





- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with suppliers to improve procurement efficiency, service levels, and overall supply chain performance.

- Achieve procurement savings and cost optimization targets in line with departmental objectives while maintaining quality, reliability, and service standards.
