We are looking for a Lead - Growth & Marketing who can take ownership of branding, marketing, lead generation and sales follow-ups across our business verticals.

Responsibilities

- Branding and market positioning
- Digital, offline and social media marketing
- Content and campaign coordination
- Demand and lead generation
- Business outreach and partnerships
- Manage leads, CRM and sales pipeline
- Regular follow-ups with prospects
- Coordinate proposals and support sales closure
- Track marketing and sales performance

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Growth or Business Development
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Valuable understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Comfortable working with CRM and lead management
- Result-oriented and willing to take ownership
- B2B, financial services or professional services experience is an advantage
