About the Role

Aman D Ventures is looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Field Business Development Executive to help us introduce our digital apps and business solutions to local businesses, institutions and professionals in Jamshedpur.

This is a field sales and business development role. Your primary responsibility will be to visit potential customers, explain our apps, conduct demonstrations, onboard interested users and convert them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit businesses, institutions and professionals in Jamshedpur and introduce Aman D Ventures' apps.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through direct visits and networking.
- Explain app features and benefits in simple, easy-to-understand language.
- Conduct product demonstrations using a smartphone.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone and WhatsApp.
- Help customers with registration, onboarding and subscription.
- Maintain daily records of visits, leads, demos, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve monthly customer acquisition targets.
- Share customer feedback, objections and market insights with the management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

- Is confident and comfortable talking to recent people.
- Is not afraid of rejection.
- Has good communication and convincing skills.
- Is energetic, disciplined and target-oriented.
- Can independently visit different businesses and locations.




- Has basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
- Can use WhatsApp and basic digital tools.
- Can learn and demonstrate mobile/web applications.
- Has good follow-up habits.
- Is honest, punctual and responsible.
- Has knowledge of Jamshedpur and can travel locally.
- Own vehicle and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory. We are more interested in your communication skills, confidence and willingness to work in the field.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹6,000/month

In addition:

- Local travel allowance as applicable.
- Target-based commission: Commission is paid based on achieving predefined monthly paying-customer targets.
- There is no fixed ceiling on earning potential through performance incentives.

Important: Commission will be calculated on actual paying customers, not merely leads, registrations or free trials.

Dress Code

Employees representing Aman D Ventures in the field are expected to maintain a clean, professional and presentable appearance.

Branded/company attire and ID card will be provided as applicable.

What This Job Is NOT

This is not a desk-only job.

You will be expected to spend a significant part of your working day meeting people, visiting businesses, demonstrating our products and generating customers.

If you enjoy meeting people, exploring the city, communicating with business owners and working toward targets, this role could be a good fit.
