Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Pediatrician to provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children and adolescents. The doctor will be responsible for diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and management of pediatric patients in OPD and IPD, along with handling pediatric emergencies as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct pediatric OPD consultations and clinical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage common pediatric illnesses and medical conditions.
- Provide appropriate treatment, prescriptions and follow-up care.
- Manage pediatric IPD/admitted patients and coordinate with nursing staff.
- Attend pediatric emergencies and provide timely medical intervention.
- Monitor the growth, development, nutrition and general health of children.
- Provide guidance to parents/guardians regarding treatment, medication, nutrition and preventive care.
- Review investigations such as CBC, LFT, KFT, X-ray, ultrasound and other relevant reports.
- Maintain accurate patient records, clinical notes and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with other specialists whenever required.
- Follow hospital clinical protocols, infection-control practices and patient-safety standards.
- Participate in emergency/on-call duties as mutually agreed.
- Maintain professional,



ethical and patient-focused conduct.

Eligibility

- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- MD/DNB/DCH in Pediatrics preferred/required as per the position.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Relevant pediatric clinical experience preferred.
- Candidates with experience in OPD, IPD and pediatric emergency care will be preferred.

Registered-doctor status can be verified through the NMC's Indian Medical Registry, while the Uttar Pradesh Medical Council provides registration and additional-qualification services.

Skills & Competencies

- Good clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to manage pediatric emergencies.
- Good communication with children and parents.
- Sound knowledge of pediatric medicines and treatment protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and other hospital departments.
- Professional attitude and strong patient-care orientation.

Employment Options

1. Full time Pediatrician

- Regular hospital duty as per roster.
- OPD + IPD + emergency responsibilities.
- Salary/CTC: Negotiable, based on qualification and experience.

2. On-Call / Visiting Pediatrician

- OPD consultation on scheduled days/hours.
- On-call support for pediatric admissions/emergencies as mutually agreed.
- Visiting/consultation fee: Negotiable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
