Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily sales activities, assist customers, maintain product displays, and help achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, offers, and availability.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other required documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and sales opportunities.
- Maintain updated customer and sales records.
- Ensure products and displays are properly arranged and presented.
- Coordinate with inventory, billing, and other departments when required.
- Handle customer questions and resolve routine concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area.




- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements

- 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and achieve sales goals.
