About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in retail interior design, space planning, 3D visualization, client coordination, and project costing. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage design projects from concept development through execution while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative and functional retail interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning, layouts, furniture details, elevations, and working drawings.
- Create and present design concepts, material selections, and mood boards to clients.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
- Prepare and review BOQs, material quantities, cost estimates, and project costing.
- Assist in preparing quotations and ensure designs are aligned with project budgets.
- Coordinate with production, site teams, vendors, and other internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
- Review drawings and resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and accessories.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality.




- Guide junior designers and support the team in delivering projects efficiently.
- Stay updated with current retail design trends, materials, finishes, and industry practices.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Retail Interior Design & Space Planning
- Project Costing, BOQ & Estimation
- Working Drawings & Technical Detailing
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3D Software
- Knowledge of V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion will be an advantage
- Material & Finish Selection
- Client Presentation & Coordination
- Site Execution & Vendor Coordination
- Strong understanding of furniture and interior materials
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage projects independently
