Girls ANO / Lieutenant – NCC

Organization: IIMT Group of Colleges, Greater Noida

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise NCC activities for girl cadets.
- Plan and conduct NCC training, parades, drills, camps, and related activities.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, records, and overall conduct of cadets.
- Coordinate with NCC authorities and college administration.
- Motivate students to participate in NCC events, camps, competitions, and social activities.
- Ensure proper safety, discipline, and welfare of girl cadets.
- Support institutional events and other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Eligibility:

- Preferably an NCC-trained officer / Lieutenant / ANO with relevant NCC experience.
- Valuable communication, leadership, discipline, and organizational skills.
- Experience in handling girl cadets/students will be preferred.
- Candidates should be physically fit and willing to conduct outdoor training and camps.

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
