Job Summary

We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions. The ideal candidate should have robust IT sourcing skills, good knowledge of technical roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand technical hiring requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, databases, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, CTC, notice period, and location.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
- 3+ years of relevant IT recruitment experience.
- Experience in IT services, staffing, or consulting is preferred.
