QA/QC ENGINEER – CIVIL & CONSTRUCTION

Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and control the quality of civil and construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure all construction works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect incoming construction materials and verify compliance with approved specifications.
- Conduct inspections and maintain proper QA/QC records and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, Checklists and Quality Reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors and clients regarding quality-related matters.
- Conduct material and site inspections, including concrete, reinforcement, masonry, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Monitor concrete works, cube testing, material testing and laboratory reports.
- Identify quality issues, prepare NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation of test results, inspection reports and quality records.




- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes and safety requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in QA/QC – Civil & Construction.
- Solid knowledge of civil construction quality control procedures.
- Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, testing procedures and quality documentation.
- Experience in handling site inspections and quality-related coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
