Key Responsibilities
· Handle B2B/B2C jewelry sales and customer inquiries.
· Generate new leads and develop relationships with existing clients.
· Present and sell diamond jewellery and jewellery products to customers.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
· Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective customers.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and clients.
· Coordinate with internal teams for orders, pricing, production, and dispatch.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, and sales activities
Requirements
· 3–4 years of sales experience in the jewellery/diamond industry.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Positive knowledge of jewellery and diamonds.
