About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced E-Commerce Manager to take complete ownership of our online sales operations across all digital platforms and websites for our luxury watch brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive online sales across all brand websites and e-commerce platforms
- Monitor daily sales, orders, revenue, conversion rates and overall performance
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory availability and website merchandising
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, returns and customer queries
- Develop strategies to increase online revenue and improve conversion
- Track website and marketplace performance and prepare regular sales reports
- Identify opportunities for growth across different online channels




- Coordinate with marketing/performance teams to optimize campaigns for sales
- Ensure a premium and consistent luxury brand experience across all digital touchpoints
- Monitor competitors, market trends and customer buying behaviour
- Take ownership of achieving monthly and annual online sales targets

What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience in E-Commerce / Online Sales Management
- Proven understanding of managing multiple online sales channels
- Robust analytical and commercial mindset
- Excellent knowledge of website sales, e-commerce operations and digital customer journeys
- Experience with luxury, fashion, watches or premium lifestyle brands will be an advantage
- Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills
- Someone who is sales-focused, proactive and result-oriented
