About the Role

Vendoge Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within defined timelines.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending queries, orders, services, or requests.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned department/senior.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer complaints.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with management.
- Maintain a skilled and customer-friendly communication style.




- Achieve assigned customer service and response-time targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Telecalling, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM, or other customer-support tools.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
