Job Summary
The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management of manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, cost control, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction are achieved. The role involves leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Operations Management
- Plan, organize, and control all manufacturing activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per customer requirements.
- Monitor productivity, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Optimize resources including manpower, machines, materials, and utilities.
- Moulding related experience in injection
