Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

About the Role

Arise Web Technology is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR intern. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents and reports.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Help manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation.
- Post job openings on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview rounds.




- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
