- Manage daily operations of the 2-wheeler service workshop.
- Supervise technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with quality repairs and minimum repeat complaints.
- Monitor workshop productivity, labour sales, spare parts usage, and service revenue.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
- Ensure proper job card creation, estimates, billing, and service follow-up.
- Drive customer retention, repeat service, AMC/extended warranty, and service campaigns.
- Monitor technician performance, training, attendance, and discipline.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
- Maintain OEM/service standards, safety practices, and workshop cleanliness.
- Prepare daily/weekly service performance reports and take corrective actions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
