We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with strong hands-on experience in commercial building and high-rise tower projects. The candidate should be capable of independently handling site execution, manpower, material coordination, quality control, testing & commissioning, and coordination with consultants, clients, and other contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute MEP works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Coordinate Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, Plumbing, and related MEP services.
- Review IFC/shop drawings and coordinate with consultants and other services.
- Supervise installation of cable trays, conduits, wiring, DBs, panels, LT/HT works, lighting, earthing, and related electrical systems.
- Coordinate MEP services in congested areas and resolve site clashes/interferences.
- Monitor daily manpower deployment and work productivity.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material requirements, inspection requests, and work completion records.
- Coordinate material delivery, inspection, storage, and installation.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved MIR/ITR/IR, method statements, ITP, and QA/QC requirements.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and snag rectification.
- Liaise with the Client, Consultant, PMC, Main Contractor, and subcontractors.




- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Identify site issues and coordinate timely solutions.
- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and site procedures.

Mandatory / Preferred Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant MEP site experience.
- Commercial building / high-rise tower experience is strictly preferred.
- Experience in projects such as IT Parks, Corporate Offices, Commercial Towers, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Hospitals, and High-Rise Buildings will be an advantage.
- Candidates with robust experience in large-scale commercial tower MEP coordination and execution will be given preference.
- Should have good knowledge of MEP drawings, BOQ, specifications, quantity estimation, material planning, and site execution.
- Should be capable of independently managing site activities and manpower.
- Good coordination and communication skills are required.

We are specifically looking for a practical, site-oriented MEP Engineer who has actually handled commercial building/high-rise tower projects, rather than candidates with only theoretical or residential project experience.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
