Job Description

Scymes Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive / Senior Recruitment Executive to join our Recruitment Team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely closure of hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview scheduling and selection.
- Manage offer rollouts and ensure candidates join on the committed date.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily hiring updates.




- Handle bulk hiring and individual recruitment requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruitment targets and timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Experience in IT / ITES / BFSI / Corporate Banking recruitment will be an advantage.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate Joiners Only.
