We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. You will help customers with vehicle service needs, explain repairs, and ensure a smooth service process.
Responsibilities:
- Talk to customers about their vehicle issues
- Schedule service appointments
- Give cost and time estimates
- Work with technicians
- Keep customers updated
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cars (preferred)
- Friendly and professional attitude
