Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing beauty academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, and driving admissions for our beauty and cosmetology courses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the beauty and wellness sector
- Promote academy courses and convert leads into admissions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, salons, and partners
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Manage follow-ups with potential students via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions
- Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and revenue

Requirements:





- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (beauty or education industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Positive knowledge of beauty industry trends is an advantage
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp handling)
