Job Description:
Harsha Toyota is looking for energetic and customer-focused Automobile Sales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their vehicle requirements, explaining Toyota models and features, conducting test drives, generating leads, and converting enquiries into vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle showroom walk-in customers and online/offline enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Toyota vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, finance and insurance options.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.
- Generate leads through references, follow-ups, and various sales channels.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, service and delivery teams.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Follow up with customers after delivery for referrals and repeat business.





Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience: 1+ year in automobile sales preferred; freshers with positive communication and sales interest can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Positive attitude, professional grooming and good presentation skills.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Knowledge of automobile products and sales processes will be an advantage.
