Quality Management System (QMS) (Plastic Injection Molding Company)

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.

* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards and regulations.

* Coordinate and support internal and external audits; lead audit preparation and corrective action plans.

* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality, process performance, and customer satisfaction.

* Manage document control systems to ensure timely review and revision of controlled documents.

* Provide training and support to departments on QMS procedures and quality-related topics.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

* Participate in customer and supplier quality activities, including complaint investigations and supplier audits.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Quality Documentation




- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Other Degrees
- Experience with internal auditing and document control systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QMS software tools

Reliable commute or Relocating before starting work is required—accommodation and transport not provided by the company.
