For B2 (L2) , we are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in Azure IaaS (VM, VNet, Storage, Backup, Monitoring , Load Balancer, VPN Gateway) along with basic PaaS services such as App Services, Application Gateway, Azure SQL, and Data brisk AKS, Redis and DR. They should have good exposure to incident handling, troubleshooting (connectivity, performance, backup issues), basic PowerShell/ARM automation, Log Analytics, and Azure security fundamentals.

For B3 (L3) ,



in addition to the above, candidates should have solid expertise in Azure architecture and networking, advanced troubleshooting and RCA ownership, Azure AD knowledge, Azure IaaS (VM, VNet, Storage, Backup, Monitoring , Load Balancer, VPN Gateway) & PaaS services such as App Services, Application Gateway, Azure SQL, and Data brisk AKS, Redis, DR, and automation (PowerShell/ARM). Exposure to DevOps, performance optimization, governance, and ability to handle escalations and stakeholder management independently is mandatory.
