Key Responsibilities

- Promote the company's products and services among potential customers.
- Identify new customers, explain product benefits, and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on leads, enquiries, and sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned customer acquisition.
- Collect daily payments from existing customers as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments, pending amounts, and outstanding dues.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and ensure timely collections.
- Submit daily reports related to sales activities, new customers, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the office/accounts team regarding customer orders, payments, and account-related matters.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and ability to interact with customers professionally.
- Basic sales and marketing knowledge.




- Ability to convince and convert potential customers.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and collections(vehicle will be provided).
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Office/Excel is preferred.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and submit daily reports.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Job Details

Position: Marketing & Customer Collection Executive
Work Location: Office & Field-Based
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
