Cut Panel Lot Section Incharge

Role Purpose:
To manage the complete cut panel lot process from receiving cut components to bundling, identification, processing, and timely handover to internal or external units, ensuring accuracy and production continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify cut panels according to the cutting plan, style, colour, size, lot, and quantity.
- Supervise cut panel segregation, counting, reconciliation, and bundle preparation.
- Ensure all garment components are properly matched and bundled.
- Verify bundle tickets and maintain proper style, size, colour, lot, and quantity identification.
- Inspect cut panels for quantity shortages, defects, shading, and missing components.
- Route required panels to printing, embroidery, washing, or other internal/external processing units.
- Ensure panels are handed over with proper work orders, artwork/placement details, and required documents.
- Track panels sent to internal and external units and follow up on pending/overdue lots.




- Receive processed panels and verify quantity, design/placement, colour, workmanship, and panel condition.
- Reconcile received quantities and immediately report shortages, damages, or quality issues.
- Ensure correct and timely handover of completed lots to the sewing/next process.
- Maintain daily records of lot movement, handover, receipt, pending quantity, and process status.
- Coordinate with Cutting, Production, Quality, Printing, Embroidery, Planning, and external units.
- Manage manpower, work allocation, discipline, 5S, and housekeeping within the section.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
