WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR IT EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience, technical knowledge, and suitability)

About the Role:

Stichwell Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior IT Executive to independently manage day-to-day IT support across our office and factory locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows, LAN/Wi-Fi, printers, ERP support, biometric systems, IT assets, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day IT operations, hardware, software, and network support.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Handle LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Resolve Windows, MS Office, email, printer, and user-related technical issues.
- Provide timely technical support to office and factory employees.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, hardware records, user details, and system documentation.
- Support ERP, biometric attendance systems, CCTV, and other office/factory technology systems.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers, and AMC vendors for repairs and technical support.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, access permissions, and basic IT security.
- Ensure regular data backup and support basic data protection and IT security practices.




- Identify recurring IT problems and take preventive measures to minimize downtime.
- Visit factory units when required for IT troubleshooting and technical support.

Required Skills:

✔ Strong practical knowledge of Computer Hardware & Networking

✔ Windows installation, configuration & troubleshooting

✔ LAN, Wi-Fi, Router & Internet configuration

✔ Printer, Scanner & Peripheral troubleshooting

✔ MS Office & Email configuration

✔ Basic ERP & Biometric System support

✔ Basic knowledge of CCTV / IP cameras will be an advantage

✔ Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

✔ Strong communication and coordination skills

✔ Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT requirements

Qualification & Experience:

- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, Hardware & Networking, BCA, B.Sc. IT, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on IT experience required.
- Experience in Manufacturing Companies, Factories, Export Houses, or Corporate Offices will be preferred.
- Freshers need not apply.

What We Are Looking For:

We need a hands-on IT skilled, not just a computer operator—someone who can identify problems, troubleshoot them independently, coordinate with vendors when required, and keep office and factory IT operations running smoothly.
