The successful candidate will drive quality and standards where needed across:

- 16-18 Study Programmes
- Adult Provision
- Apprenticeships
- Partnerships

This role isn't just about ticking boxes; it's about raising the bar.

As a Quality Lead you’ll:

- Lead quality improvement activity across curriculum areas requiring targeted support.
- Use quality intelligence, performance data and self-assessment evidence to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support managers to drive improvements in achievement, attendance, retention, learner progress and overall learner experience.
- Lead rapid improvement initiatives and monitoring their impact.
- Support curriculum teams with internal quality assurance, verification and compliance processes.
- Prepare and support areas for inspection, external review and quality assurance activity.




- Work collaboratively with leaders across the College to raise standards and share best practice

About You

You will have:

- Experience of systematic quality improvement within Further Education
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance, self-assessment and improvement planning
- The ability to analyse performance data and turn insight into action
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
- A Level 5 teaching qualification (or equivalent)
- The confidence to provide both challenge and support
- A commitment to academic integrity, high standards and continuous improvement

The successful candidate will be a member of the Quality Team, report directly to the Head of Quality and will work collaboratively cross-college with a diverse and dedicated team so that our students go ‘beyond ambition.’
