About the Role

Scymes Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join at Airoli, Mumbai.

The selected candidates will support the existing CMS Retail Help Desk operations and assist in delivering productive service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day activities related to the Retail CMS Help Desk.
- Respond to queries and provide timely assistance to customers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and effective communication.
- Follow established processes and service standards.




- Ensure accurate handling of customer requests and documentation.
- Support the team in meeting operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Approximately 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Prior knowledge or experience in CMS (Cash Management Services) will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Polite, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
- Confident personality with a professional attitude.
- Smart, presentable, and willing to learn.
- Willingness to travel to and work from Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
- Candidates who can join at the earliest will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
