WE ARE HIRING – CLINIC MANAGER

AKNA Diabetes & Endocrine Centre, Kesavadasapuram, Thiruvananthapuram is looking for a capable and committed Clinic Manager to oversee the overall administration and day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall clinic operations and administration
- HR management – staff scheduling, attendance, coordination and supervision
- Accounts & financial coordination – daily collections, expenses, billing and basic accounts monitoring
- Marketing & business development – coordinating promotional activities, digital marketing and outreach initiatives
- Monitoring patient service and front-office operations
- Vendor, pharmacy, laboratory and external agency coordination
- Implementation and monitoring of clinic SOPs and workflows
- Identifying operational issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Reporting regularly to the management

We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly trustworthy and responsible
- Punctual, reliable and sincere




- Hardworking and willing to take ownership
- Well-organised with good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Positive at communication and staff management
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities independently
- Proficient in basic computer applications and accounts

Prior experience in clinic/hospital/healthcare administration, operations, HR or management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
