We are looking for an execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager to lead and drive our end-to-end digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute marketing strategy across SEO, content, email, webinars, events, and performance marketing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Oversee website content, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and marketing collaterals.
- Monitor and optimize marketing channels for leads, conversions, and engagement.
- Track performance, identify gaps, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Bridge the gap between management strategy and execution by converting plans into actionable tasks.
- Take complete ownership of marketing deliverables and step in to execute when required.
- Ensure accountability, deadlines, and outcome-driven execution.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.




- Candidates from IT / SaaS / Compliance industries only.
- In-house marketing experience preferred; candidates from marketing agencies are not preferred.
- Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong execution, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to review, improve, and guide team output.
- Solid data-driven approach to marketing and decision-making.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
