oles and Responsibilities

P
- rior experience of working in a textile / garment / apparel / export house is mandatory
M
- ust have an experience to handle the overall operations for textile and / or garment plant in a manufacturing unit preferably export house
P
- roactive production planning to ensure smooth allocation and flow of work and coordination within departments
P
- roactive resource planning (material, man, machine) to ensure SLAs are adhered to without delay and quality issues
O
- ptimum utilization of available of resources to ensure cost optimization and saving
E
- stablish and implement quality assurance and control processes and standards as per the industry best practices
P
- rovide insights to management on basis of analysis of the production reports, records and data
I
- mplement industrial best practices as 5S, Kaizen, etc to improve the productivity

- reate systems and SOPs to reduce variance from existing standards and create recent standards
M
- aintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points; monitoring personnel and resources; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.

- omplete ownership of Production to ensure delivery of quality output within define timeline by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems

- ust be from Garment manufacturing industry or Export house

- referably a mechanical engineer or textile engineer b.Tech (desirable)

- xperience of working and reporting on MS Word and PPT is desirable
