- Planning and executing IT strategy
- Analyze Systems: Review current IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks to find weaknesses or inefficiencies.
- Develop Strategies: Create technology roadmaps and budgets that match short- and long-term company goals.
- Implement Solutions: Design, test, and deploy new applications, systems, or security protocols.
- Manage Projects: Oversee project timelines, coordinate with vendors, and stay within allotted budgets.
- Train Staff: Educate internal teams and end-users on new software, systems, and best practices.
