About the Role

We are looking for *20 energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executives* to join our sales team.

Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our products/services, follow up with interested leads, and convert leads into successful sales.

This is a *performance-based opportunity* where your earnings can increase directly with the number of sales you generate.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to assigned leads and potential customers.

* Explain our products, services, packages, and offers clearly.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

* Follow up with interested and pending leads.

* Convert leads into paid customers.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with the sales/support team when required.

* Build positive relationships with prospective customers.

Compensation

*₹1,500 Fixed + 20% Commission on Sales*

You will receive:

* *₹1,500 fixed monthly amount*

* *20% commission on every successful sale*

* No upper limit on commission earnings.

* Higher sales = Higher earnings.

*Example:*

If you generate ₹20,000 in successful sales, your 20% commission would be *₹4,000*, plus the ₹1,500 fixed amount.

*Total = ₹5,500*

Requirements





* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling, and Excel/Google Sheets.

* Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

* Self-motivated and target-oriented.

* Previous telesales/telecalling experience is preferred but *freshers can also apply*.

* Smartphone, Laptop and stable internet connection required for work from home.
