Location: Dera Bassi, Punjab

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, manpower planning, and coordination across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Manage recruitment for Phlebotomists, Lab Technicians & Management Staff
- HR coordination and support for multiple locations
- Maintain and manage HR documentation & employee records
- Handle bulk hiring as per organizational requirements
- Coordinate with colleges, institutes, and educational institutions for campus recruitment
- Conduct interviews, candidate screening, and selection processes
- Develop and maintain recruitment pipelines for healthcare professionals




- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements

Eligibility:

- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in HR
- Experience in Healthcare / Diagnostic Lab / Hospital industry is preferred
- Strong experience in recruitment and bulk hiring
- Valuable communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage recruitment across multiple locations
- Candidates with experience in healthcare manpower recruitment will be preferred
