Job Summary

We are hiring Tele Sales Executives for a loan sales process. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, customer qualification, loan counselling, and follow-up until the loan disbursement stage.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify loan leads.
- Understand customer financial requirements.
- Explain suitable loan products and eligibility criteria.
- Provide basic loan counselling to customers.
- Collect and verify required documents.
- Maintain customer details and updates in CRM.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team until loan disbursement.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling.
- Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets.

Daily Performance Targets

- 150 outbound calls
- 50 connected calls
- 10 qualified leads
- 5 document collections

Candidate Requirements

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Ability to handle outbound calls and customer objections.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Prior experience in loan sales, telesales, BFSI, or related fields will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
