About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US Logistics Freight Broker who can independently manage the complete freight brokerage process, from finding and negotiating with carriers to coordinating pickups, deliveries, tracking, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing and Sales of 3PL Service to New Potential Clients in the USA
- Source, qualify, and negotiate with reliable carriers for available loads.
- Handle Freight-Brokerage, FTL, LTL, Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Drayage, and other US freight movements.
- Negotiate competitive carrier rates while maintaining healthy margins.
- Coordinate with shippers, carriers, and drivers throughout the shipment lifecycle.
- Monitor shipments, tracking, pickup, delivery, and appointment schedules.
- Handle rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, lumper receipts, detention, TONU, and other freight documents.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with carriers and customers.
- Resolve operational issues, delays, claims, and service-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate load information and updates in the TMS.
- Follow US transportation regulations, company procedures, and carrier compliance requirements.
- Work effectively in time-sensitive, high-volume freight environments.

Required Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of proven experience as a Freight Broker / Freight Broker Agent / Dispatch Executive in US Logistics, with working book of business.
- Strong knowledge of the US trucking and freight brokerage market.
- Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop, RMIS, TMS, and carrier onboarding platforms.




- New prospect clinet sourcing and onboarding
- Strong carrier sourcing and rate negotiation skills.
- Excellent understanding of lanes, equipment types, rates, and market conditions.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage loads from booking through delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working during US business hours.

Preferred

- Existing carrier network and industry contacts.
- Existing customer and book of business.
- Experience handling high-volume loads.
- Experience with both carrier sales and operations.
- Experience with customer communication and account management.
- Proven ability to maintain service quality while achieving margin targets.
