Engineer – Technical Services | Resident Service Engineer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra
CTC: ₹7.0 – ₹9.0 LPA
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics
Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Installation, commissioning and servicing of Injection Molding Machines.
- Handle service requirements across Pune, Mumbai, Nashik & Sambhaji Nagar.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct machine testing and support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
- Coordinate with technical teams in Ahmedabad and Austria for complex technical issues.
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email and site visits.
- Handle preventive maintenance, repairs and breakdown services.




- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in machine installation, commissioning and servicing.
- Experience with Injection Molding Machines will be preferred.
- Robust troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within Maharashtra.
