Leads will be provided. Your main responsibility will be to convert these leads into successful property closures by understanding client needs and guiding them through our unbiased property matching process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on provided leads (calls, WhatsApp, meetings)
- Understand client requirements (budget, location, timeline, preferences)
- Present shortlisted verified projects across multiple builders
- Schedule and conduct guided site visits
- Build solid relationships with clients and support them till booking/closure
- Coordinate with internal team for loan assistance and documentation
- Achieve monthly conversion targets
- Maintain updated knowledge of Kochi real estate market and ongoing projects
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
