Job Summary

The CyberArk PAM L2 Operations Support Engineer at LEO Pharma is responsible for day-to-day operations, monitoring, and incident management of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management platform. The role focuses on operational stability, SLA adherence, and supporting business-critical privileged access services, with escalation to L3 where required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 operational support for CyberArk PAM components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM) • Monitor CyberArk platform health and perform daily operational checks • Handle service requests, user issues, and incidents escalated from L1 • Perform standard troubleshooting and resolve known issues • Execute predefined runbooks and SOPs • Support privileged account onboarding, modification, and decommissioning • Coordinate with L3, IAM, AD, Windows, Unix, and Application teams • Ensure timely incident updates and communication as per LEO Pharma SLAs

Skill Requirements

CyberArk PAM fundamentals (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM)



• Password rotation and reconciliation monitoring • Session monitoring and access issue troubleshooting • Understanding of platforms onboarded to CyberArk (Windows, Unix, Databases). Periodic Access Reviews – Including Privileged IDs, SAFEs and Platforms but not limited to.

Other Requirements

Operational & Process Responsibilities • Daily health checks and validation of CyberArk services • Incident correlation and trend identification • SLA tracking and ticket lifecycle management • Execution of approved changes during maintenance windows • Escalation of complex or repeat issues to L3 with RCA inputs Governance, Risk & Compliance • Adhere to LEO Pharma security policies and PAM governance standards • Maintain audit evidence for privileged access operations • Support audit activities and evidence collection • Follow segregation of duties and least-privilege principles Tools & Integrations • ServiceExchange (Incident, Request, Change Management) • Active Directory & Azure Entra ID • CyberArk monitoring and logs • Basic PowerShell or scripting exposure
