Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and patient-focused Dialysis Technician to assist in providing safe and effective haemodialysis treatment under the supervision of nephrologists and nursing staff. Freshers with a relevant qualification and good practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and operate dialysis machines and related equipment.
- Perform machine setup, priming and pre-dialysis safety checks.
- Prepare dialyzers, bloodlines and dialysis solutions as per protocol.
- Assist in connecting and disconnecting patients for dialysis.
- Monitor patients and dialysis parameters throughout the treatment.
- Record vital signs and dialysis-related observations accurately.
- Identify and promptly report any complications or abnormalities.
- Maintain proper documentation and dialysis treatment records.
- Follow infection-control, hygiene and biomedical-waste management procedures.
- Ensure dialysis equipment and treatment areas are clean and ready for use.




- Check and maintain dialysis equipment as per hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide basic assistance and support to patients and their attendants.
- Follow all hospital policies, safety standards and clinical protocols.

Qualification

- Diploma/B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology, Renal Dialysis Technology or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of haemodialysis procedures and equipment.
- Good patient-care and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Knowledge of infection-control and safety practices.

Preferred Candidate

A motivated fresher or junior Dialysis Technician who is willing to work in a clinical setting and develop practical skills under experienced medical professionals.
