About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and energetic Operation Lead – Dietitics to lead . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in nutrition and diet counselling along with proven experience in team handling, mentoring, performance management and client management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Supervision & Support

- Supervise the assigned Dietetics team and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Monitor team performance, workload and client allocation.
- Guide and mentor Dietitians on counselling and diet-related matters.
- Provide regular feedback and support to team members.
- Escalate performance or operational concerns to the HOD.

2. Client & Dietetics Management

- Ensure quality and personalised nutrition counselling for clients.
- Review diet plans for quality, accuracy and effectiveness.
- Support Dietitians in handling complex cases and client escalations.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and a positive client experience.

3. Quality & Process Management

- Monitor adherence to dietetics SOPs and quality standards.
- Review counselling quality, diet plans and client handling.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with current nutrition trends and evidence-based practices.

4. Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with CRM,



Sales and other teams for smooth client service.
- Share team performance and operational updates with the HOD.
- Support the HOD in implementing processes, training and team initiatives.

Required Qualifications

M.Sc. /PG Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics or a relevant field.

- Strong knowledge of nutrition, therapeutic diets and lifestyle management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and people-management abilities.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant digital tools.
- Required Experience 3–5 years of experience as a Team Lead in Dietetics/Nutrition. Proven experience in handling and managing a team of Dietitians.
- Experience in performance monitoring, team mentoring and client escalations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
