Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, energetic, and guest-oriented F&B; Steward to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness before, during, and after service.
- Maintain excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Assist guests with menu information and recommendations when required.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and Bar teams for smooth service.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, service standards, and safety procedures.
- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.




- Support the team during busy operations, banquets, and special events.
- Follow FSSAI, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualification & Experience

- Hotel Management qualification is preferred.
- Fresher's and candidates with relevant F&B; experience can apply.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant will be an advantage.
