Role Description - Hardware Engineer Trainee

As a Hardware Engineer Trainee at NEUROLAB TECHNOLOGY, you will embark on an exciting journey to contribute to the design, testing, and documentation of cutting-edge hardware components and systems. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineers, participate in quality assurance processes, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Location: Kochi, On-site

Key Responsibilities

- Hardware Design: Collaborate with senior engineers to contribute to the design of hardware components and systems.
Learn and apply industry best practices in schematics capture and PCB layout.
- Testing and Debugging: Support hardware testing activities to ensure components meet quality and performance standards.



Participate in the identification and resolution of hardware-related issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to hardware designs, testing procedures, and debugging processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product designers, to achieve integrated and optimized hardware solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Contribute to the implementation and adherence to quality assurance processes in hardware development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
- Solid academic background with a focus on hardware design and electronics.
- Basic understanding of hardware design principles, analog and digital circuits, and PCB layout.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
