Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Export Merchandiser with 3–5 years of relevant experience in export merchandising, preferably in stainless steel, kitchenware, cutlery, pet products, handicrafts or homeware.

The candidate will be responsible for handling international buyer communication, quotations, costing, sampling, order coordination, export documentation and shipment follow-up from purchase order to final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international buyer enquiries, quotations and product costing.
- Communicate with overseas buyers regarding product specifications, pricing, samples and orders.
- Coordinate sampling and new product development as per buyer requirements.
- Follow up with production, quality, packaging and logistics teams.
- Manage export orders from PO confirmation to final shipment.
- Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare and coordinate export-related documentation.
- Follow up on shipment schedules and logistics requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers and provide order updates.
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve order-related coordination issues.
- Maintain records of orders, costing, samples and buyer communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.




- 3–5 years of experience in Export Merchandising / Export Coordination.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email communication.
- Practical knowledge of export documentation and shipment coordination.
- Good understanding of international buyer communication and order management.
- Experience with stainless steel, kitchenware, cutlery, pet products, handicrafts or homeware exports will be preferred.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and time-management skills.
