Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
- Handle social media activities, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and generate leads.
- Coordinate with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain databases, reports, and records.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Fresher or pursuing a degree in HR, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
