Job Description: Responsible for managing overall site activities for modular construction projects, including installation, civil/MEP coordination, manpower, materials, subcontractors, quality, safety, and project timelines. Coordinate with the project team and client to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of work as per drawings and standards. Key Responsibilities: 1.Manage daily site operations and manpower. 2.Supervise modular installation and finishing work. 3.Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and clients. 4.Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion. 5.Monitor materials, equipment, and site requirements. 6.Resolve site issues and maintain daily progress reports.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
