Job Title: Assistant/Associate Professor – Electrical Engineering

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

- Master’s Degree (M.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or related field from a recognized university.
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience.
- Strong academic record; publications in peer-reviewed journals will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should meet UGC/AICTE norms as applicable.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Electrical Engineering and related subjects.
- Develop, update, and deliver curriculum aligned with industry standards and technological advancements.
- Guide students in academic projects, internships, and dissertations.
- Engage in independent and collaborative research; publish in reputed journals and conferences.
- Conduct practical sessions in electrical labs, focusing on circuit design, power systems, and electronics.
- Mentor students for academic and professional growth.
- Organize workshops, technical seminars, and guest lectures.




- Participate in departmental and university-level committees and academic initiatives.

Desirable Qualifications & Skills

- Expertise in Power Systems, Electrical Machines, Control Systems, Renewable Energy, or Smart Grid Technologies.
- Proficiency in simulation and design tools such as MATLAB, PSCAD, ETAP, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with modern electrical systems and laboratory equipment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate on interdisciplinary research and consultancy projects.

Pay Scale

₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
