- Experience with Copilot and agent Management Shell and reporting automation for tenant/site analysis.
- Exposure to Ai agents or equivalent Chat bot tooling and conversationreadiness reporting.
- Understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate
- Ability to work with different llm models logs and source-to-target mapping artifacts.
