DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Will Check and report for PDI readiness of the vehicle, 24 hours prior to delivery time, to Sales HOD & SSI Champion.

Will ensure the cleanliness and decoration of the vehicle 2 hours prior to Delivery.

Will explain in brief the most important features of vehicle to the customer with the help of Quick Start Guide.

Will explain the important safety features and emergency handling points for the vehicle.

Will ensure the timely delivery process.

Will monitor and execute all ceremonial delivery related processes for delightful delivery.

Will explain dealership as well as M&M; 24X7 helpline no to customer.

Will get the MNVH form filled and signed by the customer

Will explain the concept of Home-Installation to the customer and request his / her appointment for the same in next 48 hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
